Truck Accident Case Results

We represented the parents and children of a young man who was killed when the driver of a tractor-trailer fell asleep while driving. The tractor-trailer collided into the back of his vehicle, causing it to burst into flames. The young man perished immediately in the accident.

A distracted semi-truck driver rear-ended a vehicle in which our client was a passenger. The collision caused the vehicle to roll over until it came to rest on its passenger side.

Our client was stopped at a red light. On his right was a water canal. As he was patiently waiting for the light to turn green, a semi-truck driver, going about 45 mph, slammed into the back of our client’s car. The impact forced our client’s car into the car in front of him, and then into the canal. Our client hit his head so hard during the collision that he sustained a skull fracture.

A semi-truck failed to yield to the right of way and turned left in front of our client, causing a collision. Our client was covered in lacerations, fractured his face, and fractured his left arm.
