Happy Anniversary, Jocce!

Jocce joined the Law Offices of Michael Córdova in 2017. She was initially in charge of requesting medical records, confirming account balances, and providing support to legal assistants and attorneys. Within the first couple of weeks Jocce demonstrated an exceptional ability to efficiently accomplish the tasks assigned to her. Jocce’s is extremely intelligent, curious, organized, detail oriented and has sharp reasoning and critical thinking abilities for a young woman her age. All of these characteristics were immediately recognized which helped her gain higher level responsibilities and was ultimately promoted to a Paralegal.

On a day to day basis, Jocce is responsible for handling all aspects of assigned claims from their inception. She keeps cases organized and monitors deadlines, helps develop cases by marshalling all medical information, and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation, maintains constant communication with clients, drafts letters, legal documents, and demands for the review of the supervising legal assistant/attorney.

Aside from her professional responsibilities, Jocce graduated this past May from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Thankfully for us, she stayed with the firm as she prepares to submit her candidacy for a graduate program. Jocce shines in all her endeavors and holds a promising future as her career ensues. We are very fortunate to have her as a member of our Córdova family.
