Happy Anniversary, Jocce!

Jocce joined the Law Offices of Michael Córdova in 2017. She was initially in charge of requesting medical records, confirming account balances, and providing support to legal assistants and attorneys. Within the first couple of weeks, she demonstrated an exceptional ability to efficiently accomplish the tasks assigned to her. Jocce is intelligent, curious, organized, detail oriented and has sharp reasoning and critical thinking abilities for a young woman her age. All of these characteristics were immediately recognized, which helped her gain higher level responsibilities and was ultimately promoted to a Paralegal.

On a day to day basis, Jocce is responsible for handling all aspects of assigned claims from their inception. She keeps cases organized and monitors deadlines, helps develop cases by marshaling all medical information and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation, maintains constant communication with clients, drafts letters, legal documents, and demands for the review of the supervising legal assistant/attorney.

Aside from her professional responsibilities, Jocce attends college as a full-time student and is majoring in Psychology at the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Arizona State University. Jocce truly shines in all her endeavors, both in her professional and school life, and holds a promising future as her career evolves. We are very fortunate to have her as a member of our Córdova family and look forward to many years together.
